There are two types of casing hangers: slip type and core shaft type. Slip type casing hangers are further divided into WD type slip hanger, CG-21 type slip hanger, CG-22 type slip hanger, and CG-29 type slip hanger. They can also be flexibly designed according to customer requirements and actual working conditions. WD type slip hanger manually activates the slip to clamp the surface casing, used for connecting the bottom of the casing head and suitable for various casings. The CG-21 type slip hanger can be separated and manually activated with rubber seals, and is equipped with an 'H' - shaped sealing isolation ring to achieve reliable sealing when the casing is in a suspended or cut state. It is used for surface casing or casing for cementing mud returning to the surface, and is suitable for various casing programs. The CG-22 type slip hanger is an annular hanger composed of a sealing ring, a slip, and a support bowl, which can be separated. After hanging the casing, the sealing ring below the slip automatically seals the casing due to the gravity of the casing string, which can reduce the deviation of the casing by controlling the friction force, making installation convenient and economical. Compared with conventional hangers, the CG-29 type slip hanger has a higher load-bearing capacity and smaller casing deflection. When the upper clamp moves downward and applies pressure to the sealing ring, the lower clamp of the hanger can automatically engage and control the compression amount. Due to the fact that the lower end slip does not move with the casing, it does not generate significant compressive force like conventional conical slips.
